Mary Heiny Sensei will be teaching a special class for us on Tuesday May 17 from 6-7:30pm at Blue Heron dojo. Please mark the day on your calendars. FYI, she will be at Burlington Aikido the weekend before. Non-stop springtime Aikido fun here in the Champlain Valley!
